29.0.3. An officer working in a locality in the Far North region determined by the Minister receives an attraction and retention allowance for a period not exceeding the period provided for in the collective agreements in force in the health and social services sector for such an allowance.
The allowance is paid to the officer in the form of a lump sum in proportion to the time worked and according to the procedures of the employer’s pay system. A statutory holiday, a flexible leave, an annual leave and a personal leave are considered to be time worked.
The amounts and the terms of application of the allowance are established by the Minister.

The amounts and the terms of application of the allowance are established by the Minister.

The amounts and the terms of application of the allowance are established by the Minister.
